For some considerable time we held up the launch of TC Complaints due to another person(s) using the name – the site was flawed and gave out miss-information. Meaning it cannot be trusted.
The site used to boast it was a Charity
”…….a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered Charity number whose registered office is at 6 Severn Close, Codnor , Derbyshire , DES 9TZ”
The responsible TC Complaints contacted the Charities Commission and received the following reply:
YES A BOGUS ENTRY confirmed. However, since the Charities Commission was contacted the miss-leading site, after we supplied details of the false claim as a screen grab, has now removed any reference of holding Charity status. However, the bogus content still maintains it is an incorporated company

As you can see the Gov.UK Company Search does NOT agree the bogus TCComplaints content is true – we checked not only the address but also for director names. The results state the claim made by miss-information TC Complaints is untrue, false, miss leading and/or bogus. The FAKE claim about being incorporated has been reported to Companies House.
Our research also leads to share some of the posts ion there review page are also no in any way connected to the subject matter – in short more miss-information.
We will also be sharing the data we have to those injured by this so-called consumer site. We will also sharing our research with companies, organisations and media duped by these people.
We have been asked by Companies House to report the site Action Fraud – we are doing this.
We wouldn’t be surprised to see the entire project closed and those behind it running away.
